For me, therapy is a way to attend to and free ourselves from what weighs us down, what hides our luminous essence. My method has a somatic approach, giving space to the wisdom of the body, to inner listening and healing.
The methods I use aim to empower you by teaching you concrete tools that you can then use for yourself. My goal is for you to be autonomous (without depending on a therapist or teacher) and learn how to listen to your inner wisdom.
