Do you feel like something is always missing in order to be truly content?

This is how my sessions can help you

One-on-one therapy sessions are the key to helping you connect with your inner wisdom with curiosity and kindness, exploring the issues that currently trouble you the most. 

Each session will begin with an exercise that allows you to connect with a space of inner clarity, and respecting your own rhythm and intuition, you will feel into how the topic is reflected in your body.

Therapy sessions as a couple allow for greater connection and heartfelt communication to begin to flow again between the two of you, working through the issues that are hurting you both. 

The sessions help you learn how to speak and listen with an open mind and heart, coming to a deeper understanding and healing of your and your partner’s wounds and needs.

In short, any issue that prevents you from feeling good in your skin, that is affecting your daily life or your relationship with your partner or other close ones.

We can work one-on-one or with your partner, and we can work online or in person. 

For me, therapy is a way to attend to and free ourselves from what weighs us down, what hides our luminous essence. My method has a somatic approach, giving space to the wisdom of the body, to inner listening and healing.

The methods I use aim to empower you by teaching you concrete tools that you can then use for yourself. My goal is for you to be autonomous (without depending on a therapist or teacher) and learn how to listen to your inner wisdom. 

I firmly believe that with a friendly and balanced presence we can care for all aspects of our experience, even those that feel most painful or unacceptable. 

What are my therapeutic tools?

Focusing

A method of inner listening developed by Dr. Gendlin that offers clear steps for how to get in touch with your inner reality and allow clarity and wisdom to emerge organically. It is somatic based. 

IFS (Internal Family Systems)

Internal Family Systems is a powerful psychotherapeutic modality developed by Dr. Schwartz that empowers your innate capacity for self-healing. It is recognized by the National Registry for Evidence-based Programs and Practices (NREPP).

Conscious Communication

Inspired by the method developed by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg (Non Violent Communication) to help effectively communicate with others and co-create harmonious, satisfying and meaningful relationships.

Self-inquiry

A technique designed to get to the root of old belief systems that influence how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world. By becoming aware of our (often) subconscious beliefs and questioning them, we can transform them and free ourselves from their grip.

Mindfulness

The ability to pay attention to your experience free of judgments or expectations, with clarity and kindness.
