With this privacy policy I wish to explain to you the conditions when obtaining, managing and storing user data used by www.monicacoquoz.com, that is, what I do and how I use the personal data of the users of this blog.

The personal data you provide will be incorporated into a file of my property (Monica Coquoz) registered with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection and that complies with the security measures required by law, according to Law 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data.

In this form, I will ask you for registration data (your student name, your email address) and payment data (credit card number and billing data) in order to receive payment, issue an invoice and give you access to the course.
The registration data is stored in Raiola (my hosting provider, Ana Sastre López) within the EU and the payment data is handled by PayPal.

Web platform: Automattic Inc, domiciled in the USA, processes the data with the purpose of performing its web platform services (WordPress.org) to Monica Coquoz.
Email marketing: ActiveCampaign, Inc., domiciled in the USA, processes the data in order to provide email marketing services to Monica Coquoz.
Payment management: PayPal outside the EU in the U.S., treats the course registration data name, email, card number and address, in order to make the management of payments.
Management of documents and files: Google Drive, outside the EU in the USA, treats your data to better track you during the services.
Data secrecy and security

I will also be taking care of my obligation to save them and adapt all measures to prevent alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, as established by current legislation on data protection.
