Do you feel like something is always missing in order to be truly content?

It might be that you've been thinking about some of these issues for a while:

We can work individually, or with your partner, with methods based on Internal Family Systems (IFS), Focusing, Mindfulness and Conscious Communication in which I will help you transform the relationship you have with yourself and/or your partner into a deeply healing and satisfying one.

This is how my sessions can help you

One-on-one sessions are the key to helping you connect with your inner wisdom with curiosity and kindness, exploring the issues that currently trouble you the most. 

Each session will begin with an exercise that allows you to connect with a space of inner clarity, and respecting your own rhythm and intuition, you will feel into how the topic is reflected in your body.

Couples work allows for greater connection and heartfelt communication to begin to flow again between the two of you, working through the issues that are hurting you both. 

The sessions help you learn how to speak and listen with an open mind and heart, coming to a deeper understanding and healing of your and your partner’s wounds and needs.

The sessions offered are non-clinical and based on several methods, mainly Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Intimacy From the Inside Out (IFIO). They focus on self-understanding, relational awareness, and communication, and do not constitute therapy, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment.

In short, any issue that prevents you from feeling at ease with yourself, life and/or others.

We can have individual sessions or relational sessions, with somebody who is close to you, and that you'd like to have a closer relationship with.

All sessions are online. 

For me, inner exploration is a way to attend to and care for what needs our attention, freeing ourselves from what gets in the way of expressing our innate love and wisdom. The methods I use share a somatic basis, giving space to the wisdom of the body, to our capacity for inner listening and healing.

The methods I use aim to empower you by teaching you concrete tools that you can then use for yourself. My goal is for you to be autonomous (without depending on a therapist or teacher) and learn how to listen to your inner wisdom. 

I firmly believe that with a friendly and balanced presence we can care for all aspects of our experience, even those that feel most painful or unacceptable. 

What are my tools?

IFS (Internal Family Systems)

Internal Family Systems is a powerful psychotherapeutic modality developed by Dr. Schwartz that empowers your innate capacity for self-healing. It is recognized by the National Registry for Evidence-based Programs and Practices (NREPP).

Focusing

A method of inner listening developed by Dr. Gendlin that offers clear steps for how to get in touch with your inner reality and allow clarity and wisdom to emerge organically. It is somatic based. 

Intimacy From the Inside Out (IFIO)

Developed by Toni Herbine Blanc, this is the application of IFS for couples and dyads. By learning how to speak and listen in new ways, couples can begin to feel more fully seen and understood by each other and experience relational healing instead of wounding.

Conscious Communication

Inspired by the method developed by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg (Non Violent Communication) to help effectively communicate with others and co-create harmonious, satisfying and meaningful relationships.

Mindfulness

The ability to pay attention to your experience free of judgments or expectations, with clarity and kindness.
